Criminal Defense

Real Estate

We represent our clients in both personal and commercial transactions and litigation. We draft and review purchase agreements, leases, land contracts, promissory notes and similar documents. Construction Liens

Our firm can advise contractors and supplier on how to ensure that their lien rights are protected before there is a problem.
